Went here as a quick stop before hitting the road traveling all day. A small crowd was inside, so I took a number and was served in less than a minute or two. So many choices of fresh things to choose from it's ridiculous. Got some cookies, pastries & a piece of cake and only spent $23. Staff is knowledgeable about what they're selling and friendly. Quick service, great snacks, and inexpensive pricing. Would definitely come back.

This bakery is an absolute gem! I recently discovered this delightful shop and was blown away by the incredible selection of baked goods. The display cases were a feast for the eyes with rows of tempting cookies, cakes, cupcakes, macaroons, and more. I was sold on the gooey butter cake, It was my first time trying one and let me tell you, it was pure bliss! The perfect balance of sweet and buttery, with a semi firm cake and a pleasant gooeyness that was simply irresistible. Their donuts were also fantastic - fresh, fluffy, and with a variety of delicious flavors. I have plans on returning in the near future. Customer service was awesome as well!
We were close by here when we visited the Monastery of St. Clare so we stopped by for bakery treats after the 6:15 am Mass. Everything was great! Such a treat!
Oh so delicious birthday cakes and donuts. They have cakes ready to go and can add writing with short notice. Speaking only for the cakes, they assured me there was no HFCS used. Price is very reasonable I feel for top notch baked goods.
Lordy my favorite locally-owned bakery that has so many baked goods in house or if you need to order your goodies. Every holiday you can enjoy their sugar cookies with icing or gingerbread cookies or assorted cookies by the pound. Ladies are always warm and welcoming along with very friendly to everyone. This time I was picking up some gingerbread cookies for a friend whose bakery doesn't bake them anymore for the holiday. While I was at it I picked up a few iced sugar cookies too haha! If you never been to this bakery get your buns on over there to find out what your missing out on locally! Big Shout to the ladies for always being so upbeat! We have ordered many things from here and haven't been disappointed. This is my son's favorite bakery. He loves their German chocolate cake. He has gotten 2 this year for his 16th bday. We love their cookies, and petifores are delicious.
This place is a must visit on a trip to St Louis. Not only are the Gooey butter cakes the best you would place between your lips, the other pastries ordered were just a great. The customer service made it all worth a trip, they were excellent. Prove me wrong…I’m sure you will not. Thanks Lucy for the samples!! 🤤
The staff was wonderful.... polite, warm, and friendly. There was a nice selection still available when I arrived later in the afternoon. Always a great treat to stop in and buy anything!
We needed a last minute cake for a 90th birthday. I called early afternoon one day and tge next day at 10am, I picked it up. It was beautifully done and colors were just as I asked for. The lady who answered my call and the one who took my cake order were both very helpful.The young lady that waited on me was friendly, attentive and helpful. I use a cane and she helped carry my purchases to the car. I wish I had gotten her name to give the kudos she deserves. I did get Easter Bunny cookies, they were delicious. I also picked up some hot cross buns. We tried different places throughout the holiday and these were not the winner. A good flavor, bur they lacked fruit and were a bit dry. Overall, everything was great and we have an 80th coming up and I am going to order a cake tomorrow. Not a rush job this time.
